E-capacity platform enables individuals, who have their professional information entered, to connect with other professionals, find employers, advertise a job and advertise courses. Further to that, it makes it easy to; track alumni, assess progress and success of students during their study, understand the impact of study programs and their relevance to labor market, enhance teaching and curriculum information and also promote internal strategic development management and quality assurance.
The training was organized and facilitated by Forum for Agriculture Research in Africa (FARA).
