CAVS students participated in economic modeling for food security analysis in Ngong. This exercise enabled the graduate students to gather more research skills with matters related to measurement and modeling of food and nutrition security in Kenya ns Africa. Being a research project, it helped in creating informed policies on areas that are facing deficit in food security and availability.
The training was facilitated by Dr. Catherine Kunyanga, Dr. John Irungu Mburu and Prof. Okoruwa, a guest lecturer from University of Ibadan-Nigeria.
